All orders are processed in the order they are received.

Due to the nature of our product and current production capacity, orders typically ship within 1–3 business days after purchase. During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Order Fulfillment

Each SPT Wire Caddy is prepared specifically for order fulfillment. Orders are shipped from Florida.

Larger orders (such as multi-pack purchases) may ship in multiple boxes. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and delivery location.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Carrier Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control. However, we will assist in tracking and resolving any issues when possible.
