All sales are final.

Due to the nature of our products and the seasonal demand of the Christmas lighting industry, we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Each SPT Wire Caddy is produced and prepared specifically for order fulfillment. We do not maintain large quantities of pre-built inventory, and all orders are processed with the intent of immediate use during the installation season.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sptwirecaddy@gmail.com. We may request photos of the product and packaging to review the issue. If approved, a replacement will be provided.
